Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
Acceptable use
Use the service for personal language learning. Do not attempt to extract AI provider credentials, abuse rate limits, upload harmful content or reverse-engineer the platform.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in INR through Razorpay monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
Refunds
Refund requests within 7 days of a first payment are honoured in full. Later requests are reviewed case by case; refunds are issued to the original payment method.
AI content
Tutor responses are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. They are learning aids, not professional advice. Scores reflect available evidence only.
Intellectual property
Lessons, exercises, prompts and designs are owned by Lingora. You own the content you create (your sentences and recordings) and grant us a licence to process it to provide the service.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Changes
We will notify you by email or in-app before material changes to these terms take effect.
